Fiscal-quarter-based planning, with org-level and team-level goal templates, a capacity-planning section, and a KPI tracker per quarter that can pull live numbers from JIRA or accept manual entries.

Each quarter holds:

• Org goals — what came down from above.
• Team goals — what the team committed to.
• Capacity plan — who is working on what, as a percentage or headcount.
• Manager notes — a running commentary for the quarter.

Quarterly planning is the frame the roadmap hangs off — set up the current quarter before building out the roadmap, not after.
